the staff at Coliseum By Swa were fantastic and really went above and beyond to help us. When we parked in the wrong place, we called for directions and they immediately sent the maintenance man to show us the correct spot. He was so kind and even gave us a lift to our destination, as we were running late. He also pointed out other great places for us to eat and drink later, which we tried and loved. Throughout the week leading up to our stay, the office contacted me to help with parking and sent all the necessary information. it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely book here again. Cons: None 😊.

Stayed here twice and it was mind-blowing both times! The location is super, close to great restaurants and shopping. The apartment was clean, tidy, and had a modern vibe. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially the guy who assisted us with the car park fob. Speaking of parking, it was so convenient and secure. The rooms were spacious with plenty of storage. Loved having a hairdryer and iron available. The kitchen had all the cookware and utensils we needed. The free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV were a nice bonus. The express check-in and check-out made everything a breeze. And of course, no smoking on site. Can't wait to come back!

I recently stayed at The Coliseum in Cheltenham for a short break. The location was excellent, with plenty of eateries and shops within walking distance. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with a modern and clean interior. The staff were fantastic, offering great customer service, and even giving us directions and a lift to a nearby restaurant when we were running late. The secure parking and ample storage space were also a plus. a great place to stay, and I would definitely book here again.

We had a wonderful stay at The Coliseum By Swa. The location was perfect for our shopping needs in the city center, and the apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped. The staff were incredibly helpful when we needed assistance, especially the gentleman who helped us with the car park. Speaking of the car park, having a designated parking spot was a great bonus. It made our stay much more convenient. we had a fantastic experience and would recommend this hotel.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. The balcony window and door didn't open or shut properly, and the downstairs loo didn't flush properly.
